EnviroTrac’s experienced staff are trained to know how to quickly assess an ER incident and effectively communicate required response action and resource needs. Once the agreed response action is established the staff quickly mobilizes to secure the area, implement containment and recovery measures, and coordinate resources.
EnviroTrac offers our clients a 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week ER Hotline that quickly connects a caller with an EnviroTrac Incident Manager. A real-time communication net-work with prime contact will be set up with the local office providing any logistical needs. Incident managers will maintain close contact with clients and any applicable regulatory agencies or third parties during the ER process. Follow-up documentation and reporting to close out the incident or recommend further action, if required, will be provided.
