COVID-19 Cleaning and Disinfection Services

According to reports, the COVID-19 virus can remain viable on surfaces for an extended period of time depending on the surface type and/or environmental conditions. Our trained teams of professionals use EPA registered and hospital-grade disinfecting solutions to sanitize surface areas of homes and businesses where affected individuals may have come in contact, thus mitigating the risk of exposure to others.

Our 3 Step Cleaning and Disinfecting Process

Step 1 – Initial Cleaning

If surfaces are dirty, they will be cleaned using a detergent and water solution prior to the disinfection.

Step 2 – Application of an EPA N Listed Disinfectant for Use Against Coronavirus (COVID-19)

An EPA-approved disinfectant is applied to all surfaces by spraying, misting, or wiping, with a focus on frequently touched surfaces (anything within 5 feet up from the floor). A minimum 5-10-minute dwell time (according to manufacturer specifications) will be allowed post-application.

Frequently touched surfaces include:
Tables, Doorknobs, Light Switches, Countertops, Door Handles, Desks, Chairs, Phones, Computer Keyboards and Mice and other peripherals, Toilets, Faucets and Sinks, Gas Pump Handles, Touch Screens, ATM Machines, Vending Machines and more…

Step 3 – Residual Disinfectant Cleanup and Dry Time

It may be desirable to remove residual disinfectant after the dwell time. If needed, a warm water and detergent solution or other cleaning product appropriate for the surface will be applied with a clean cloth and then appropriately dried off. For soft (porous) surfaces such as carpeted floor, rugs, and drapes the disinfectant may be left to dry in place.

Use of PPE

All of our OSHA trained cleaning technicians wear disposable gloves and suitable outerwear for all tasks during the cleaning process, including handling trash. Gloves and outerwear will be compatible with the type of disinfectant products being used.

Disinfection services will be performed in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Cleaning and Disinfection recommendations. Services can be scheduled after hours to minimize business interruption. Pricing estimates will be provided depending on the needs of your business.
