John Ferrill – Vice President
John Ferrill is a professional geologist with more than 30 years of experience in providing technical expertise and regulatory insight for both public and private clients. John studied geology at The Colorado College, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in 1984. John worked in the environmental/oil industry for several years then returned to graduate school, graduating with a master’s degree in environmental science and engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 1993. He has been working as a geologist/environmental consultant since 1985, joining EnviroTrac when they opened their Florida operations in 1996.
John manages EnviroTrac’s Florida and Georgia operations and provides technical support throughout the Gulf region. His background includes working as a consultant with petroleum, regulatory and industrial clients in addition to construction-related services. John specializes in providing support and technical assistance pertaining to a broad range of environmental issues, including site assessment, remediation and regulatory compliance and maintains the following licenses: Florida Professional Geologist / Florida Pollutant Storage Systems Contractor.
